What if I am late to my appointment?
We realize there will be times when a client will be late for an appointment. In reference to spa services, the treatment time will be shortened accordingly with no fee adjustment.

What if I have to cancel?
A credit card or gift card number is required when scheduling your package or reserving spa services. We ask that you notify our Day Spa reservationist at least 24 hours in advance for no penalty, should you need to cancel or reschedule. All no shows are
charged at full service value..

How can I reserve multiple appointments?
Advance reservations are highly recommended. If you are making an appointment for more than one service, please have your credit card or gift certificate number available.

What do I wear for spa treatments?
You may change into our spa robes and spa shoes upon arrival. We provide towels for your use at the spa. Please remove any jewelry prior to treatment. For your convenience, our service staff can provide you with a private locker and key.

When should I arrive for my appointment?
We suggest you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you time to check in with your spa coordinator, prepare for your spa service and receive the full length of your treatment.

How are gratuities or tipping handled?
If you were happy with the services provided, it is customary to give a 15-20% gratuity to the service provider. It can be accepted in cash or check form only. Our credit card machine does not allow us to add them to a transaction.

How can I purchase any product(s) used that I enjoyed?
Take the spa and salon experience home with you. All the products we use in our spa and salon treatments are for retail sale here, in addition to spa gifts and keepsakes.

What is the approximate
age for the spa?
We kindly ask that you be 16 years of age or older to enjoy our spaservices and facilities. Children with appointments are welcome Tuesdays 3 – 6 p.m.

What is your child policy?
We love families and children. However, we use chemicals, hot irons and sharp scissors – and don't want anyone to be injured while visiting Germantown Day Spa, least of all a child. Additionally, we are committed to providing a relaxing, stress-free atmosphere for all of our guests, and our staff does not provide child care services.
